Our Boot Camp Fitness Classes are highly social group workouts designed to push and challenge students to make incredible fitness gains in a short amount of time.

Classes involve a varied mix of calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio, and strength training. We’ll keep you guessing with different challenges every class!

People of all fitness levels, ages, and sizes are welcome to join The Dojo’s Boot Camp Fitness Classes.
The group dynamic helps to motivate all the participants even though everyone is able to work at their own pace.
The classes promote camaraderie and team effort. You’ll push yourself harder than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone!
